慧聪网:杜邦公司享誉全球,您认为杜邦对皮革有什么独到的见解?
   DuPont Company is known the world over, what about your special views of the leather?

   杨亚伦:我们的经营策略是为消费者提供非常轻松的皮革穿着感受,不管是穿鞋,还是皮茄克,还有坐在沙发上享受咖啡的时候都不用担心我的皮革会受到弄脏或损坏。这是我们对皮革的一种想法,让消费者享受皮革。
   Jeroen B. Jacobs:  Our management tactics are to offer very relaxed leather to consumer and wear and experience, no matter wear shoes, or leather jacket, is it sit when enjoy coffee on the sofa needn't afraid leather of me will be made dirty or damagedding to have. This is us to let consumers enjoy the leather to a kind of idea of the leather.

   慧聪网:杜邦在全球都有自己的分支机构,在全球化的同时,杜邦是怎样处理与各国本土化的过程的?当你们进入中国市场的时候,你们有哪些方面的考虑?
   There are one's own branches in the whole world in Du Pont, while globalizing, how did Du Pont deal with course with the localization of various countries? When you enter the Chinese market, which respects consideration do you have?

   杨亚伦:我们首先考虑到产品国际化的问题,我们考虑到中国是个很重要的市场。我们也和中国的一些品牌商在探讨合作的事情。
   Jeroen B. Jacobs: We consider the question of the internationalization of the products at first, we consider China is a very important market. We are probing into the cooperative thing with some brand traders of China too.

   慧聪网:当你们进入中国市场的时候,你们是否需要更多地考虑适应中国消费群体特征呢?
   When you enter the Chinese market, do you need to consider adapting to the characteristic of Chinese consuming groups more?

   杨亚伦:中国的消费者很注重大品牌,比如,耐克,阿迪达斯,在美国很多人也穿,但是不象中国那么强烈。在中国这个市场,消费者可能更崇拜品牌,所以我们也希望我们能在消费者心中建立好品牌形象。这对我们在中国市场的开拓很有帮助。
   Jeroen B. Jacobs:  Consumers of China pay attention to the big brand very much, for example, Nike, Adidas, a lot of people wear too in U.S.A., but not as strong as China. On this market of China, consumers may worship brands even more , so we hope we can set up good brand image in the mind of consumer. This is very helpful in open-up in the Chinese market to us.

   慧聪网:在人才方面,你们是怎样考虑运用中国人才来整合公司的管理层的?
   From talent, how did you consider using Chinese talents to combine the administration and supervision authorities of the company?

   杨亚伦:当然,我们采用了很多中国本土人才,像这位杜年玲小姐。我本人也希望能学好中文,更方便地与中国市场的每一个人交流。
   Jeroen B. Jacobs:  Certainly, we adopt a lot of China native this , like the year tinkling of pieces of jade Miss Du. I myself hope to learn Chinese well too, exchange with everyone of the Chinese market more conveniently.
